Collection: Co-operative Herxheim - Pfalz
The Co-operative Herxheim is a boutique winegrower's co-operative nestled in the picturesque village of Herxheim am Berg in the heart of Germany's renowned Pfalz wine region. It's been a proud steward of the winemaking tradition since 1937.

The vineyards boast an impressive variety of grapes. On the white side, Riesling regions along side the vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, earthy Silvaner, elegant Auxerrois, creamy Chardonnay, and refined Pinot Blanc & Pinot Noir. Even the charming Rivaner (Müller-Thurgau) and innovative, fungus-resistant PIWI varieties like Sauvignac and Sauvitage have found a home here. For red wine lovers, there are soulful Baluer Portugieser, bold Dornfelder, St.Laurent, Frühburgunder and Acolon, and international starts like Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
But above all, it's the Spätburgunder (German Pinot Noir) that captures the hearts of the co-operative. It's their signature, and their proudest expression of craftsmanship.
